According to The Sunday Telegraph, the healthy home addition is set to cost $138,000 and should take around two months to construct in a small valley on the 35ha Broken Head property, that the family company CHLH Management bought last September for $4.25 million.
Liam’s new home is a short distance from where older brother Chris and his Spanish actress wife Elsa Pataky live in their mega-mansion with their three children.
Adding a studio to the property suggest that Liam is a fan of yoga, so much so that he wants to be able to indulge in a downward dog whenever the mood takes. And why not!
